The problem
Coronado faced significant challenges with inexperienced tradesmen maintaining their dragline AC units, leading to frequent breakdowns and inefficient performance. Additionally, they had no on-call contractor for after-hours support, resulting in prolonged downtime and increased operational costs.
our solution
We provided an experienced team of tradesmen available 24/7 to address maintenance and breakdown issues. Our team implemented a regular maintenance plan with weekly reports to ensure all dragline AC units were operating efficiently. This proactive approach helped to identify and resolve potential issues before they could cause significant downtime.
the result
We drastically minimised dragline downtime, reducing downtime costs and improving overall operational efficiency. Our solution resulted in a more than 50% reduction in downtime compared to the previous contractor.
